The BlogChallenge for April is BOATS. Maybe some of you who went to the yacht club will share your finished pieces with us. If not, get ye to the ocean or Bay and get some action going. Take the bait and paint a boat or two. Then send it here so we can see what you rowed away with!
This blog is to help our members and artists meet each other and greet each other and share our love for art. I would love to tell your story on here so everyone can learn more about your paintings and the process you go through when you create your masterpieces. Anyone who would like a story about themselves just has to send me work and a photo of yourself. This is an easy way to have a mini show or website as the blogs are here forever to go back through and gaze at several years of work by our members. (There are five questions below on the green logo so answer them and send them to me.)
I try to post every Tuesday and Friday or Sat. and the first of each month. I incorporate reminders of paintouts and special demos and am always looking for new ideas. So please, help me out and find stuff about what’s happening in your world and the art world and our members. We want to find out all about what makes you tick, so, send photos of any group activities (as I do not live in the area anymore). Thanks in advance.
Have you entered your painting yet??!
the deadline for entering the SDWS International Exhibition is May 6, 2016
