Directions to the TUNAMAN’S MEMORIAL :  Take 8 WEST and Exit on Rosecrans and drive South.  Turn Left onto Shelter Island Drive.  At the roundabout  take the first RIGHT exit onto Shelter Island Drive.  The location is on the left in about 700 feet.  The address is near 1776 Shelter Island Drive  Look for the statue, it’s BIG!

ShowOff and Brag It:: Jay Andrews has painted with the SDWS Weds. painters since it began and we are having a special show for him in December. (Watch for the announcement.) I photographed about 25o of his paintings and put together a fabulous book, “Jay Andrews the Masterful Painter.”  It is full of his wonderful compositions and I created a 2017 desk calendar which will soon be available at his show. If you are interested in either of these, please let me know and I will put it aside for you. It’s a limited edition. Calendars are $15 and the book is $40.

FYI: You can send your friends and members to this blog and check out all the old ones while you are at it.
